We keep pushing Ivan as we test the new workout ideas sent by our members. This one is another very hard and exhausting routine. Ivan is perfect for this workout. His body is light to allow maximum amount of push-ups and he is also very good with stress positions. This exercise is almost designed for him. Nevertheless, we were disappointed that he was not able to complete it in required 58 minute. This meant intense penalty session. Thank you for this idea: this was sent by our member Richard. Keep your ideas coming, our guys love to be pushed for hard workouts! Write us at agency@fitcasting.com!
