Next Week in Fitcasting: Mark Starts His New Training

Next week’s cover boy is Mark, as we take him through a very hard version of the “Memory Game”. When usually the boy is told in the first set which body part the trainer has matched with an exercise, then with Mark we decided to have a little more fun and not tell him. The boy needs to guess the correct exercise all by himself! If he guesses wrong, the trainer is there with a riding crop!
