Our beauty Dominik is order to gym to learn a hard lesson in discipline, motivation and humility. He is ordered to stand at attention in front of his trainer as we can admire his perfect body. The trainer explains what he has in mind with the boy today. We call it the Pecs Pump Challenge and the main goal of the training is to keep the boy’s overconfidence in check.
The boy must show his respect towards his trainer by standing at attention and sporting a hardon. The rules of the training are simple: training session has 4 rounds and each round has 3 sets of exercises. After every round the sets become harder and boy’s goal becomes also more difficult to achieve. The overall goal in this training is to show if the boy can increase the “pump” in his pecs by 45 mm.
Before every round, the boy stands before his trainer, who measures the boy’s chest carefully. The result is recorded in the whiteboard on the gym wall. The boy’s target is to increase the “pump” after every round by 15 mm.
We have chosen a variety of chest exercises that are not only difficult but also show off the boy’s body. Round 1 starts with 30 reps, increasing to 40 reps in round 2, 50 in round 3 and 60 reps in round 4.
Dominik is a good subject for this exercise. We can immediately tell that the boy is not only beautiful but he has substance – he is very strong and that makes pushing the boy even more fun. He has a realistic shot at achieving the goals set by the trainer.
And although he gets an impressive pump in his pecs, he still has to listen to his trainer’s admonition for failure after every round. This is the part where the boy’s overconfidence is kept in check and humility training kicks in. We believe that beautiful, strong boys like Dominik need to be trained hard. Praise and admiration will only spoil them. That is why we have set the targets just a little above the achievable level.
This is why after every round, the boy must stand at attention, put his arms behind his back and push out his chest for punishment. Although we might be actually impressed by his performance, we cannot show that to the boy. By whipping his chest after every round “for disappointing the trainer” we keep his ego in check and his body in development. The boy may nit like the whipping but it is a favour to him.
Somewhere at the third round, the training hits home. The cockiness and arrogance are gone. As the boy grows more exhausted the sets get harder and harder. The boy’s chest is bright red from the whipping, his pecs have visible bounce, he is covered in sweat, but there is no arrogance. The boy looks almost embarrassed for his poor performance.
He knows that he needs to please his trainer. We notice that after every round where he has disappointed his trainer he also tries to show a stronger and longer lasting erection as if signalling how much the boy needs this kind of training. When the boy lowers his head, listening to the trainer’s admonition, and trusts forward his hips, showing a raging hard on we know he has come to the right place.
But we do not stop there. After all the 4 rounds we inform the boy that he has completely failed the challenge and he must now accept his punishment. We want to keep the focus on his chest. The trainer peppers it with clothespins. The boy must start a long set of push-ups.
The exercises are followed by whipping on the pecs and some more exercises under whip. By the end of the session, the boy’s pecs are bright red. And we can see from his face that he has learned his lesson in humility and discipline.
This leaves only one thing to do: the trainer tells the trainee to show how much he liked his training. What is the best way for a muscle hunk to show his appreciation? He gets on the gym floor, spreads his knees and shows us his massive erection as he starts to jerk off. Welcome back!
