We want to thank you for your support, feedback and good wishes. Throughout the Christmas, our boys continue working out for your pleasure including the Model of the Year 2020 Ruslan. The boy even has to wear some “decorations”.

The Ultimate Full Body workout is dedicated to all our members and is what our site is all about. This workout is designed exclusively by one of our members – as you can hear from the starting sequence of the workout. It is designed to be very hard, keeping in mind both Ruslan’s strengths (incredible stamina) and weaknesses (sensitive nipples). Let this workout “The Master’s Ultimate Full Body Workout” be our “Christmas Recipe” that we share. Anyone of you can be the author of the next workout that we use to push our boys to please you.

The workout starts in the evening in the living room of our villa. The boy stands in the middle of the floor naked, wearing only a cock-ring to bring his genitals forward for a better view. The instructions from the master are the following:

“The boy will have a 5 minute warm-up to stretch and prepare however he wants, understanding what he will be required to do, but the warm-up will include 50 push- ups. He will wear a cock ring and his cock will be erect and rock hard during each round, including the rest periods. If it goes soft, a severe punishment will follow immediately.”‘

After warm up the master has required the boy to say the following:

  • “Thank you for choosing me for the model of the year”
  • “Thank you for designing these exercises for me. I try to do everything to please you.”
  • “Please recommend more hard trainings and punishments for me”
  • “If I do not perform as you like, please send your ideas for how to punish me to fitcasting e-mail.”
  • “Thank you Master Richard for this Ultimat Full Body Workout” “I try to please you”
    “Sorry if I disappoint you, then I must be punished hard.”

Ruslan obeys and it is cute to follow his accented English, as he tries to dutifully pronounce the world but also show that he means them sincerely.

We will then proceed to the Round 1 as it is described by Master Richard.

ROUND 1.

Stress: kneeling, holding weights, arms at 90 degrees (3 minutes—mandatory)

10 very hard punches to his right flexed biceps and 10 very hard punches to his left flexed biceps

Rest 2 minutes (mandatory)

The routine makes a heavy use of stress poses, giving the master ample time to appreciate his trainee’s body.

ROUND 2

The seecond round is similar, but the boy’s discomfort is increased as now he has to wear clothespins on both of his nipples.

The combination of biting nipple clamps, stress poses and abundant push ups have interesting effect. The main attraction in this workout are the stress poses: the push-ups are meant to wear the boy out, making it ever harder to keep the required pose. Nipple clamps are cherry on the top of the cake: by biting painfully into the pecs, they make keeping the poses even harder, adding this special play of muscles that can only be brought out by exhaustion and pain.

PENALTIES AND PUNISHMENT

Of course, the workout is designed to be hard, the goals set to impossible as to allow for punishment. The master has assigned the following punishment even if there is a slightest mistake in form or dropping of arms. Usually we want to tie the punishment with a specific failure (missed reps, seconds over target etc), but this master wanted to be sure to witness the punishment, so the bar is very low – one deviation in form means the punishment. Of course, the boy learns about it in the end of the training. Just when he thought his stress poses are competed, he must keep going, this time under whip.

“3 minutes of each kneeling stress position (kneeling hands up with weights, arms out in front, arms 90 degrees, arms at sides) while receiving 2×25 lashes on both biceps and 2x 25 lashes on both pecs with riding crop.

25 very hard lashes to his right flexed biceps and 50 very hard lashes to his left flexed biceps while kneeling with hard-on, carrying weights, followed by 75 extra push-ups.” 

The master has also requested the boy to cum after workout, to show his appreciation for the training. As always, Ruslan complies:

When he has done as requested, the boy is not allowed to clean his cum. But with hard cock, covered in cum he must perform the final act and pose once more for his master.
