The boys are now half way through their training, kneeling on the terrace they re about to learn about the fourth virtue: Chastity. We thought long how to teach the boys chastity and then decided that the lesson must be about controlling and suppressing their desires on one hand but on the other hand we definitely wanted cumming to be involved.

The trainer took out two pieces of cloth and tied the boys’ eyes while they were still on their knees. Then the boys were told to start masturbating, but their goal was not to cum before the other boy but before 10 minutes. The boy who cums withing 10 minutes but after the other boy would be winner, the boy who would cum first would be the loser. If both boys cum after 10 minutes, both would be punished.

Watching two boys in cum competition, nervous about being in time and holding it in at the same time is a fun sight. It is beautiful Jony, who loses control first and lets go a load of cum. He is the loser. But will Mark manage to avoid his punishment and cum within allowed slot of 10 minutes?

Trying desperately to avoid whipping, Mark puts all his energy in trying to make himself to cum. Muscles flexed eh is trying very hard – and he succeeds, shooting a load just in time. Again, Mark emerges as a winner and Jony needs to take his punishment.

To show his respect towards the trainer, Mark will observe Jony’s punishment on the knees. Jony must rise to the Shiiko Dachi pose, thrust forward his hips and put his arms behind his head. That leaves his still throbbing cock completely vulnerable. There is only one suitable punishment for breaking chastity rules: cock whipping. Eyes still tied, the boy must take his punishment by riding crop.

It is midday and the boys are getting tired. We decide that it is a time to feed them but we are not going to make it easy for the boys. To get some food the boys need to learn the fifth virtue: Humility. They must show a great deal of humility to earn every single grape that is served on the plates that are placed on the floor of the terrace. The food is not yet theirs – they must humiliate themselves first to be able to eat it. They are told to assume “Doggie Pose”.

The plates filled with grapes on one end of the floor are not theirs to eat. There is another set of empty plates on the other end of the terrace floor. First, the boys must make their way in squatting walk to the plates, then kneel and pick up one berry with their mouths and then make their way across the terrace, kneel before the empty plates that placed at the feet of their trainer and place one berry on the plate.

The grapes that the boys manage to bring this way on their respective empty plates are theirs to eat. In the process they may only use their mouths, and when placing food on the plate they must be always on their knees.

Needless to say – the boys are also in competition with each other. Before the buys can start eating (from the floor of course), the trainer counts the grapes on their plates. We assume that the boy who manages to bring less grapes on the plate shows less humility and is therefore punished by pushups counted by flogging his ass. This time it is Mark who is the loser and who will be punished with whipping while doing push ups.

The lesson also serves a purpose to teach that humility pays off: the punishment puts the loser in a disadvantageous position with the next exercise that is focusing on the arms as we teach them the sixth virtue: Temperance. The boys must do 3 dropsets of bicep curls with weights. The trick is that the reps are counted by whip on the ass of the other boy, who must politely present himself in slightly raised plank, to make it more comfortable for the trainer and patiently enduring the pain as the other boy is working out.

This way the boy who manages to do more reps will save himself from whipping and the boy who manages to do less reps will face more whipping, having to practice more “temperance” – patience and self control as he is whipped while counting the reps of his competitor. Mark has just had to complete gruelling set of push-ups – will he manage to win this round?

Mark is strong, but this time his strength is not enough. Having failed in humility session, his punishment was too exhausting to make him successful in temperance training. This means that on top of more whiplashes that he has already received compared to Jony, the boy must now flex his biceps and present them for whipping as Jony observes the punishment on the knees.

The seventh and final virtue that the boys will learn is Gratitude. For this exercise they are ordered by the pool and the trainer suspends a large filled water bottle from the rope tied around their balls. The boys look puzzled of what is going to happen next. The boys must now lower the bottles so that it touches the ground leaving the rope still tense.

The bottle’s position defines the exact angle of the bend that the trainer wishes to see in the boy’s legs. It is very uncomfortable, making their backs, calves, thighs work. The boys are then given two water bottles and they are instrocted to keep them above their heads without dropping their arms for 10 minutes – almost certainly an impossible task! So where is the lesson in gratitude?

The trainer is generous: he tells the boys that they may “buy” 15 second breaks from their ordeal, but to show their gratitude, they must accept two pins on their chest and two pins on their abs for each 15 second break that the trainer allows them to take.

As the time ticks on, the boys cannot help but beg for more pauses, earning more pins on their beautiful exposed bodies. As we admire their well trained muscular bodies in this arduous stress pose, we cannot help but conclude that the final pose itself is a kind of gratitude for the whole training session.

But this is not the whole lesson. For the trainer to remove the pins, that saves them from biting pain, the boys must show again gratitude. The boys will also receive 5 whiplashes on the pecs with each pin on the pecs and 5 whiplashes on the abs with each pin on the abs. To show their gratitude to their “generous” trainer, the boys must accept their whipping on the knees.
