We are very lucky to have active members who suggest interesting and innovative ideas to train our boys. When we read about the “7 Virtues Workout” that was suggested by one of our members we immediately wanted to try this out on Jony and Mark as part of their stay at our villa. The idea is not only hard, but it is designed to be highly entertaining – so we invite our members to imagine themselves as guests on the terrace at our villa, perhaps having a cool drink, kicking back and letting our boys to entertain them.

Chained by slave collars, the boys must make their way on the terrace. Kneeling on the hard tiles and assuming the “Kneeling present” pose, the boys look visibly nervous and worried. They already know that their job today is “to entertain” and knowing the trainer, the master and the wishes of some of our members, this cannot be walk in the park. To listen to the instructions, the boys are made to lower themselves to full prostrating position, to show their obedience and humility.

The goal of the training is to teach the boys all “7 Virtues”: charity, patience, diligence, chastity, humility, temperance, gratitude. Every round of workout introduces boys to one of the virtues as they have to compete with each other. This way, the boys not only train their muscles, but they learn important stuff about good manners and behaviour. Of course, to enhance their learning experience and improve motivation, there are whips. Each exercise is designed to be enjoyed by audience, so the boys are kept naked and hard, to please the viewers.

The first round of workout is meant to teach the boy Charity. But before they can start, the trainer notices that the boys’ cocks are not hard enough to show proper respect to our viewers, but instead of ordering them to simply get hard, the boys must make each other hard. After all, the training is about charity. The embarrassment on the boy’s faces is priceless, but they will probably never forget the lesson.

The first part of the training starts with loading the boys with heavy back-packs and they stand back to back. Charity means cooperation, so the boys are made to work together, suffer together and support each other. In squats the boys must spread their knees: this is not only to offer our members’ a perfect view of their genitals but to offer their thighs to the trainer’s riding crop. In this training, the mistake on one boy is punished with the whiplash on thigh of the other boy.

The second part of the round consists of “Fireman Carry” rounds in a given time set (2 mins), the sets are separated by squats and then the next boy will take over. This is repeated several times, until the trainer calls the exercise to stop. Needless to explain that “Fisherman Carry” is another example of assistance and charity where one boy is symbolically “helping” the other.

The boys are also sporting leg weights, weighted back packs and naturally, they are expected to maintain an erection. The level of intimacy when a hard cock of a boy being carried is rubbing against the shoulders of the carrier is really fun to watch. But it is not only about cooperation. The boys know that as they “help” each other, they are also in competition. The trainer is carefully counting how many rounds during the 2 minute limit each boy is able to complete. The loser is going to be whipped while doing push-ups. The punishment is extra cruel, because it puts the losing boy in disadvantageous position in the next round.

The goal of the second round is to teach the boys patience. And the member who suggested this routine is a real master in creating iconic forced workouts – as the routine combines motivation, pushing the boys to their limits, discipline and is genuinely fun to watch. Two boys start in plank position. The boy who lost the last competition (remember – the punishment was pushups under whip!) will start doing push-ups. The tempo is dictated and reps are counted by the trainer by hitting the ass of the other boy who is in plank and must stick out his ass for this purpose.

The boy doing push-ups as dropset – the maximum amount that he can. At the same time the reps are counted on the other boy’s ass with whiplashes – as the other boy must patiently wait for his turn. This is a true lesson in patience! When the first boy has reached his limit and cannot do any more reps, he taps the shoulder of the other boy who now can start doing push-ups as they are counted on the first boy’s ass with whiplashes.

The exercise is continued for several sets until the trainer tells the boys to stop. You will immediately appreciate the evil genius of the author of this training. The best strategy to avoid whipping for the boy is to continue doing push-ups. The fear of being whipped makes the boy to tap into his power reserves under the hot asian sun. Sweat dripping, the boy gives his best until he cannot any more, submitting to whipping waiting patiently until his partner is too exhausted to continue.

Needless to say, the trainer counts all the reps – the loser of this set – the boy who manages to perform less total reps – will have to submit to extra punishment. Yes it will be whipping by the trainer, but before that, his partner will have a chance to punch him in the stomach for several times that the boy must accept with hard cock.

The third virtue that the boys will learn is diligence. They will learn that to work diligently, they must work entirely on their own, even if they are distracted. The boys look worried as the trainer brings out a thick rope and he starts tying it around the boys’ waists.

The boys are told to get on all fours and face in opposite direction. They will need to pull towards the end of the terrace that they are facing, fighting with each other. But it is the diligence and focus that will determine the outcome of this competition. It is fun to watch the boys struggle thick ropes around their tiny waists.

The boys’ beauty and strength are at full display. There is one more trick to this exercise – the trainer at the beginning is very careful with the whip. The boys struggle to understand it first but then they realize – in this exercise whipping gives the boy extra advantage as the painful sting of the whip will motivate the boy to pull forward with more strength. That is why in this exercise whipping is a bonus that needs to be earned: the trainer will start whipping the boy who is performing better – giving him an extra motivation to pull forward.

It is a bit surprising that Mark who started very strong in the competition is the loser this time – this means that he will need to accept the punishment in form of gut punches from beautiful Jony, that is topped up by gut punches from the trainer.
