Usually, the second workout that our trainees go through is called the Posing Workout. The goal of this workout is to get the boy to the show-off mode, where he learns that all the workouts that he is about to perform at Fitcasting is for the pleasure and entertainment of our members. It is an intense routine where the boy performs hundreds of reps of weight and bodyweight training, alternating with exotic yoga poses and flexing sessions. As the trainee is getting more and more tired from the weight training, the poses he needs to keep are getting harder. It is fun to watch the boys struggle to meet almost impossible goals. Usually they don’t: some demanding pose is either sloppy or broken. This means additional penalty.
