The workout is seemingly simple, but actually very hard. During 45 minutes the model must stay on his knees, holding light weights in four “signals” positions: (1) arms up, stretched at the elbows; (2) arms up held straight above the head; (3) arms stretched at the sides; (4) arms stretched straight in front. During the exercise it is not allowed to rest or lose perfect form: the arms must be kept straight and motionless at all times. If the model drops arms or loses perfect form, he must face additional penalty workout. In Aleksandr’s case the penalty workout after the main session stretched well over 1 hour.
