This is another challenge accepted by Aleksandr, a Ukrainian fitness champion. Arms Day Challenge is a timed very intense workout with extremely high targets. In 1 hour the challenger must complete 6×50 push-ups, 1×50 bicep curls (with appropriate weight) and again 6 x 50 pushups. Failure to meet the targets means additional penalty workout!
